Tina Outeiro

Founder/CEO

Tina Outeiro is the founder and CEO of Inspirational Retreats. After owning a successful accounting practice for years, she noticed what a toll the office lifestyle took on her body and mind. Her health declined and despite her success, she was unhappy and unfulfilled. She realized how important it was to incorporate healthy habits into her daily lifestyle in order to be happier, healthier, and perform at the highest level.

Tina turned her physical and mental health around through diet, exercise, and meditation. In the process, she found her true passion and purpose in life: helping others discover the joy of truly being at peace with themselves.

Tina is now a holistic health coach, certified yoga teacher, and level 3 Reiki practitioner who has organized and led corporate retreats that have helped hundreds of others improve their health and perform at their best. She has years of experience working with wellness professionals to design custom corporate retreats that improve productivity and efficiency throughout her client organizations. Tina is focused on improving every day and helping her clients do the same.

Ginny Colarusso

Meet Ginny Colarusso, E-RYT 500, Past Life Regressionist, Reiki Level 3 Practitioner, and former owner of Amp Yoga Studio in Springfield. Ginny was featured on Dr. Oz and was trained by Psychic/Medium Lindsey Sass. In this workshop, she will guide you into a meditation to access the Akashic Records and recall a past life that is currently affecting you. The Akashic Records is a vast library containing each soul’s book of records. The book contains every recorded detail from the first spark of your soul to what brought you into this lifetime today. Connecting with your book and your deep past can assist you in learning your karma, remembering the gifts from the past that you are blessed with, and understanding your purpose here today. When we remember, we are also giving our soul permission to release and let go of repeated patterns and cycles. This workshop will also allow you to connect to a guide, angel, or deceased loved one. All participants will also receive a signed copy of the newly released book, Ancestors featuring Mindahi Bastida and co-authored by Ginny.

Kristen Bond

Yoga Instructor

Kristen brings with her 12 years of yoga teaching experience and a deep passion for the practice. The first time that Kristen attempted yoga she was following a Rodney Yee tape that her mom had given her.  She was 16 years old and she had always been a cheerleader and gymnast so the physical aspect of stretching the body appealed to her. It wasn't until 8 years later that she took her first yoga class and began to truly embrace not just the physical practice but the spiritual one as well. Kristen loves taking an "Off the Mat" approach in her practice and in her classes, combining the world of nature with the meditative benefits of yoga. She believes that simply being outside in nature has healing powers. Kristen also holds a strong belief that by setting heartfelt intentions you can manifest your greatest hopes and dreams. All of Kristen's classes reflect her passionate belief that yoga truly has the ability to change the world. Her goal is for her students to not just take yoga classes, but to live a yoga lifestyle filled with peace and love.

Carmen Chicola

Yoga Instructor

Carmen has been practicing yoga since retiring from a dance career in 2000.  As an active mother of three, she knows how important it is to take time out of our busy schedule to nurture, rebuild and restore our innermost dreams.  Her vinyasa flow and energetic class intertwine movement with self-affirmations designed to inspire and re-energize true intentions.

Carmen's teaching style reflects on her years of experience in teaching ballet.  Her teaching style is unique as she is able to assist beginners and intermediate students in the same class without compromising the practice of either.  Carmen's teaching style gives students a realistic way of getting into positions.  Students leave Carmen's class feeling, relaxed, energized and physically great all at the same time.
